Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including guest check in check out procedures, greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, replying to guests feedbacks, checking reports on IDS software, and sorting and distributing Mail and handling other customers queries.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless front desk operations to create a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries in person, via phone, or email.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely, courteous manner.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in upselling hotel services, packages, and amenities.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in front office/guest service roles in hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent) and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
