1. Responsible for HR activities such as manpower addition, evaluation, training coordination, communicating grievances to Top management etc.
2. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
3. Responsible for Company& personal safety.
4. When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him offer letter or letter of intent On joining the services, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies.
5. Training needs identification & evaluation.
6. Responsible for DOJO training for newly join as well as existing employee & DOJO room
up gradation.
7. Contractual Rate finalization.
8. To ensure Employee Motivation.
9. Conflict Management.
10. Key Positions recruitment as per the job description.
11. Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan.
12. To conduct external as well as internal training.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
