Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorship & Partnership Sales
Identify and onboard potential sponsors across industries such as real estate, retail, FMCG, banking, and lifestyle
Develop and pitch customized sponsorship proposals (Title Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Associate Sponsor, etc.)
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
2. Exhibition / Stall Sales
Drive sales of exhibition and retail spaces to vendors including food stalls, handicrafts, and consumer brands
Maximize occupancy and revenue from allocated event space
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
3. Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups
Build relationships with corporate organizations, business groups, and associations
Generate bulk bookings, group participation, and promotional tie-ups
Design customized engagement packages for corporate clients
4. Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups
Convert prospects into paying clients within defined timelines
5. Revenue Target Achievement
Achieve assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
Track performance metrics and maintain sales reports
Contribute to overall revenue growth of the event
6. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of sponsors and partners
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver agreed branding and visibility commitments
Build long-term relationships for repeat business opportunities
Candidate Profile
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in:
Media, advertising, or B2B sales
Prior experience in large-scale events, expos, or activations will be an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
Excellent networking and relationship management skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly motivated
Good understanding of the Hyderabad market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
