- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases accurately.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities, including induction, documentation, and full & final settlements.
- Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
