We are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and support the growth of both client accounts and internal brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Display, PPC, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Lead SEO initiatives including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Generate qualified leads while improving ROI, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate monthly content calendars with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, sales, and business development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, advertising platform changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining high standards of work quality.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
