Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of application components and alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in integrating applications with existing enterprise systems and ensuring data consistency.
