Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and license new insurance agents in the assigned territory, in line with monthly targets.
- Activate licensed agents — support them through onboarding, training, and their first business written, so they begin generating GWP.
- Reactivate dormant agents in the existing pool where assigned.
- Drive cross-sell across the Company's product lines (Health Indemnity, Benefit, Travel, Motor, SME) to grow the number of products each active agent writes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of licensing and activation activity in Company systems, in line with IRDAI requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents to support retention and repeat business.
- Provide regular activity and pipeline updates to the Branch Manager.
- Any other duties reasonably assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
