About the Role
We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Mathematics and Physics with strong expertise in the IB Curriculum. This is a non-teaching role focused on curriculum development, academic quality, teacher support, and professional development across IB programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and enhance curriculum resources aligned with IB standards and frameworks.
- Provide academic guidance and subject expertise for Mathematics and Physics across PYP and MYP levels.
- Design learning materials, assessments, lesson frameworks, and instructional resources.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teachers.
- Support teachers in implementing IB pedagogical practices and inquiry-based learning approaches.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with IB philosophy, learning outcomes, and assessment standards.
- Collaborate with academic leaders and educators to improve teaching and learning effectiveness.
- Review classroom practices and provide recommendations to strengthen instructional quality.
- Stay updated with IB curriculum developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the IB Curriculum.
- Strong experience in PYP and MYP programmes.
- Deep understanding of IB philosophy, curriculum design, assessment, and inquiry-based learning.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic support, or teacher training roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, coordinators, and school leadership teams.
- IB training, certification, or workshop experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
