Responsibilities:
- Manage complete Body Shop operations.
- Handle accident repair estimations and insurance claims.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
- Lead technicians, painters, and body repair teams.
- Achieve revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors.
- Monitor workshop profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of Body Shop management experience in an automobile dealership.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, estimation, and accident repairs.
