Marketing Executive – Lead Generation & Sales

Batra Combine House is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Marketing Executive to generate leads, build farmer relationships, and drive sales of combine harvesters and related farm products across Haryana. The candidate will visit farmers, dealers, villages, and agricultural communities to create awareness, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into business.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit farmers, village areas, dealers, and potential customers across assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads for combine harvesters and farm equipment.
- Convert leads into sales through regular follow-up and relationship building.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and schemes to customers.
- Coordinate with the office team for quotations, orders, demonstrations, and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and customer records.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Support dealer and channel partner development in assigned areas.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, payments, and after-sales coordination.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing ability.
- Strong local market knowledge of Haryana villages and farming areas.
- Comfortable with field travel and farmer interaction.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery is preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, and target-driven.
Eligibility
- Experience in field sales, farm equipment, tractors, agri-inputs, or rural sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field interest may also be considered.
- Must be ready for extensive travel.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Competitive fixed salary based on experience
