- Lead Management: Promptly contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads (working professionals, students, or parents) via phone, email, and live chat.
- Consultative Selling: Understand candidates' career goals, academic backgrounds, and challenges to recommend the best academic or certification programs
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed conversion KPIs, application numbers, and revenue/enrollment targets.
- Database Maintenance: Update and track candidate interactions, application statuses, and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams for outreach, financial aid offices, and academic advisors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
