Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Email Marketing Expert to lead our email marketing initiatives, manage automation, and drive engagement across our client base. This role will be critical in building relationships, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns targeting global brands.
- Manage end-to-end email automation workflows, including welcome series, lead nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Develop, maintain, and segment email lists to ensure maximum engagement.
- Create compelling newsletter content that reflects WoolGold’s brand voice and engages recipients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, A/B testing subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with international standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in the fashion, textiles, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Proven track record of building automated campaigns that drive leads and revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management preferred.
