Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller & Visa Counsellor to join our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling clients regarding visa and immigration services, converting leads into successful enrollments, and providing excellent customer service throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Counsel clients regarding Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit, PR, and other immigration services.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
- Explain documentation requirements, application procedures, and processing timelines.
- Schedule appointments for visa consultations.
- Maintain accurate client records in system.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth application handling.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Strong sales, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Visa/Immigration Consultancy.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
