Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, team handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Negotiate and close high-value property deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth sales operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in handling a sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial real estate.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, confident, and professionally presentable.
