Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, manage the sales team, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the company.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle corporate sales, software sales, AMC renewals, and service sales.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of software/ERP/Tally sales.
- Ability to handle target-based sales.
- Strong business development and client handling skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management.
- Experience in software, ERP, Tally, IT services, or B2C sales preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
