Digital Marketing Specialist (Shopify & eCommerce Paid Ads)

We are looking for a highly talented, growth-focused, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling Shopify stores, driving eCommerce sales, and executing performance marketing campaigns that generate measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for Shopify-based eCommerce brands.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the complete customer acquisition funnel from traffic generation to conversion.
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to improve ROAS and profitability.
- Optimize Shopify stores for conversion rate, user experience, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
- Implement email marketing, retargeting, and customer retention strategies.
- Monitor key metrics including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Proven experience managing and growing Shopify stores.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Shopify analytics, GA4, Pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in scaling profitable eCommerce campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Apps, CRO, and Email Marketing.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and sales funnel creation.
- Experience managing multiple eCommerce brands is a plus.
