Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP software
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain stock and inventory accounting for jewellery items
- Reconcile physical stock with accounting records
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Support internal and statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections
- Ensure accuracy in gold/silver inventory valuation and accounting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)/ M.Com
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or distribution industry preferred

Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹8,533.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
