Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to connect with parents, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company and explain course details clearly
- Understand parents’ requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle objections professionally and close enrollments
- Follow up with interested parents via calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling, education sales, or counseling preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (Basic English required)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 6 Working Days (Tuesday to Sunday)
- Monday Fixed Off
