1. Supervising Cleaning Staff
- Assign daily cleaning duties to cleaners and housekeeping staff
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Ensure staff follow proper cleaning schedules
2. Ensuring Cleanliness Standards
- Inspect rooms, floors, washrooms, offices, and public areas
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensure cleaning work meets company or client expectations
- Report areas needing deep cleaning or maintenance
3. Managing Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
- Check stock of cleaning chemicals, tools, and consumables
- Request or reorder supplies when needed
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment
- Report damaged machines or tools for repair
4. Health and Safety Compliance
- Ensure staff use protective equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations
- Train staff on safe handling of chemicals
- Prevent accidents and unsafe practices
5. Scheduling and Coordination
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules
- Coordinate with management or other departments
- Handle urgent cleaning requests or emergency situations
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
6. Quality Control and Reporting
- Conduct regular inspections and performance checks
- Maintain cleaning records and checklists
- Prepare reports for management
- Address complaints related to cleanliness
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
