Job Overview
The Wake Makers is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Photo Editor to join our team. We are seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience in wedding photo editing who can deliver premium-quality edits while maintaining consistency, natural skin tones, and a timeless aesthetic. Responsibilities
* Edit and retouch wedding photographs while maintaining a natural and premium look.
* Perform colour correction, colour grading, exposure adjustments, skin tone balancing, and basic retouching.
* Cull and organise images when required.
* Maintain consistency across the entire wedding gallery.
* Deliver projects within deadlines without compromising quality.
* Follow The Wake Makers’ editing style and quality standards.
* Manage project files and ensure proper workflow.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in wedding photo editing is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic is essential.
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for advanced retouching is an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of colour correction, skin tone consistency, composition, and image enhancement.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work as a long-term team member.
