Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can identify potential international clients, generate qualified leads, engage prospects through various outreach channels, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to represent our IT services and SaaS solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through Calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, online platforms, databases, and other prospecting channels.
· Research and identify potential international clients for IT services and SaaS products.
· Initiate conversations with prospects through calls, cold emails, LinkedIn networking, and other outreach methods.
· Qualify leads and schedule meetings/appointments with the sales team/decision-makers.
· Present and pitch company services and products to prospective clients.
· Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and lead information.
· Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
· Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment booking.
· Stay updated on industry trends, AI Tools, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
· Confidence in speaking with international clients and decision-makers.
· Good understanding of lead generation and business development processes.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is an advantage.
· Strong research, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Prior experience in business development, lead generation, international sales, or customer engagement is preferred.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
