- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided by the clinic.
- Answer incoming inquiries about weight-loss programs, diet plans, body contouring, and other services.
- Explain clinic packages, offers, and treatment benefits.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors, nutritionists, or counselors.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or clinic software.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Encourage clients to visit the clinic and convert inquiries into appointments or memberships.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email).
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or fitness industries is often preferred.
- Experience in Slimming clinics, wellness centers, weight-loss centers, beauty clinics, or healthcare organizations or any other
- Usually office-based with phone and computer work.
- May involve monthly targets for appointments or customer conversions.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
