Sales Manager, South India
Graebert, makers of ARES Commander and known as "The Trinity of CAD" (Desktop, Mobile, Cloud), is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth across South India.
Location: Remote (South India)
What you'll do:
- Build and execute regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Deliver product presentations and demos to clients
- Manage client relationships and drive retention
- Handle proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
- Onboard and manage channel partners (resellers and distributors)
- Support regional marketing efforts, including events and trade shows
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Guide the regional sales team and report to senior management
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or Computer Science); MBA preferred
- 3 to 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in channel sales, preferably CAD or software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Preferably resides in Bangalore
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
