Open Role: Restaurant Captain
Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Floor: Assign sections/tables to waiters, manage station rotation during rush
2. Greet & serve guests, large parties personally. Handle special requests
3. Take orders for high-value tables, explain specials, wine pairing, upsell tasting menus
4. Handle guest complaints/escalations before it reaches manager
5. Train new waiters on SOP, POS, menu knowledge, table etiquette
6. Monitor waiter grooming, attendance, service speed. Report issues to supervisor
7. Handle high-value bills, split bills, disputes. Close POS shift if needed
8. Inventory: Check stock at service station - cutlery, linen, condiments, water. Place indents

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
