Job Summary
House Banao is looking for a proactive and result-driven Channel Development Executive to expand and manage our network of channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, building strong business relationships, and generating business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential channel partners through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and other industry partners.
- Generate qualified business leads through the channel partner network.
- Schedule and attend partner meetings to present company offerings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support.
- Track and update partner interactions and lead status in company records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 months of experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or partnership management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
