Purpose of the Role:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, HR documentation, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role will support management in building a disciplined, productive, and positive work environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge, leadership abilities, communication skills, and the capability to effectively manage day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Explain company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and integration.
Attendance & Workforce Management
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate leave management and attendance regularization.
- Maintain attendance records and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding workforce requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Support employee retention initiatives.
Performance Management
- Assist in KPI tracking and performance evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee appraisal activities.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance records.
- Support management in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Support statutory compliance and labor law requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
- Track employee learning and development activities.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Support administrative functions as required.
- Assist management in implementing HR systems and process improvements.

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (MBA HR, MSW HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
- Experience in Retail, Textile, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
