role-playsWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Communication Trainer to deliver communication and soft skills training programs for college students. The trainer will visit various colleges, conduct interactive sessions, and help students develop their English communication, presentation, interview, and employability skills to prepare them for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges as per the training schedule and conduct engaging communication training sessions.
- Train students in spoken English, verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, and business etiquette.
- Conduct sessions on interview preparation, group discussions, resume building, and workplace communication.
- Use interactive teaching methods such as role plays, group activities, discussions, and practical exercises.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their communication skills.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and session plans.
- Coordinate with college authorities to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Submit training reports, attendance records, and student feedback after each session.
- Represent the organization professionally while interacting with colleges and students.
- Travel to different colleges for conducting training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in communication training, soft skills training, teaching, or corporate training.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for training may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Confidence in conducting training sessions for large groups.
- Willingness to travel to different colleges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office.
