About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
