Key Responsibilities – Admin & HR Executive
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Organize training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Administration Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities.
Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping services.
Handle vendor management and service contracts.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance standards.
Organize meetings, events, and official functions.
Monitor utility expenses and administrative budgets.
Support management with reports and administrative coordination.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Support organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned.
