Connect My Expert (CME) is a premium one-on-one online tutoring company that serves students across more than 45 countries. We provide personalized academic support for international curricula and standardized examinations through highly qualified educators and a student-first approach.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help prospective students and parents choose the right learning solutions. You will guide families through the complete admissions journey, from the initial enquiry to successful enrolment, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand student learning requirements and recommend suitable tutoring programs.
Manage the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
Schedule consultations and demo sessions.
Explain programs, pricing, and learning plans clearly.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Build long-term relationships through timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Consistently achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Education Consulting, Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales, or Consultative B2C Sales.
Proven experience achieving sales, admissions, or revenue targets.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM software.
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar virtual communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech, Education Consulting, Test Preparation, or Education industry.
Experience counselling students or parents for academic programs.
Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, IGCSE, AP, SAT, or ACT is an added advantage.
Experience selling premium education services is preferred.
