Job descriptionWe are in to System Integration of Electronic Security System Like (CCTV Camera, DVR, NVR, Fire Alarm, Time Attendance, PA system, BMS, Fire Alarms, Fire Fighting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales for ELV solutions including Fire Alarms, Fire Fighting systems.CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, and PA Systems
- Manage and strengthen relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, and End Users until order closure
- Expand market reach by onboarding new channel partners across key segments and cities
- Ensure effective geographical coverage and market penetration
- Actively engage partners through Partner Interaction Programs to drive consistent business growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new solution partners
- Collaborate with MEP & PMC Consultants to tap into upcoming projects and opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (ELV / Security Systems preferredFire Alarms, Fire Fighting systems.)
- Strong network with System Integrators, Consultants, and Channel Partners
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business expansion
- Location: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad
