Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the microbiological safety and quality of beverage products by testing raw materials, water, in-process samples, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological tests (TPC, yeast & mold, coliform, pathogens).
- Monitor hygiene and conduct environmental and surface swab testing.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Investigate contamination and support corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory records and assist in quality audits and shelf-life studies.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
Skills:
Knowledge of food microbiology, lab testing techniques, quality control, and documentation.
