About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to drive end-to-end corporate client acquisition — from lead generation to onboarding — for our AI-based HR software.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with corporate clients via Google Meet and deliver professional product presentations
- Drive demand generation and build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AI-driven HR product solutions
- Achieve assigned acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Act as single point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and productivity reports
- Implement business development strategies to maximize growth
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Sound knowledge of social and professional networking platforms
- Prior experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or account management preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
