Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to promote products or services, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products/services and persuade customers to make purchases.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Clear speaking voice and good listening skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in Telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
