Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced AI Video Editor who specialises in creating hyper-realistic AI human clones, lifelike avatars, and AI-generated video content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the difference between basic AI content and high-quality, realistic AI video production. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, creative judgement, and excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for creating and editing multiple high-quality AI videos per day, using tools such as Higgsfield AI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so, and other leading AI video platforms. The right person must be fast, accurate, creative, and able to produce realistic videos that look professional, natural, and polished.
This is a remote role for someone who can follow creative direction, work efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality AI video content.
Key Responsibilities
Create realistic AI human clones, lifelike avatars, and AI-generated video content.
Produce and edit multiple high-quality videos per day.
Use AI tools to generate, enhance, edit, voice, and lip-sync video content.
Ensure all videos look realistic, natural, polished, and professional.
Maintain consistency in visual quality, voice quality, lip-sync accuracy, facial movement, realism, and storytelling.
Follow creative briefs and execute direction accurately.
Edit videos for social media, ads, promotional content, training content, and client campaigns.
Check every video carefully for errors, glitches, unnatural movement, poor lip-sync, audio issues, or visual inconsistencies.
Improve workflows to make video production faster, more efficient, and scalable.
Work with scripts, voiceovers, avatars, AI-generated visuals, client assets, and creative references.
Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback.
Stay up to date with new AI video tools, avatar tools, voice tools, lip-sync platforms, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in AI video editing and AI avatar creation.
Strong portfolio showing realistic AI human clones, avatars, or AI-generated human video content.
Experience creating hyper-realistic AI videos, not just basic edits or simple social media videos.
Proficiency in the following tools is strongly preferred:
Higgsfield AI
ElevenLabs
HeyGen
Sync.so
Strong understanding of AI video workflows, including video generation, voice generation, lip-sync, avatar creation, editing, and quality control.
Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and adapt to changing technology.
Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver multiple videos daily.
Good creative judgement and an understanding of what makes AI video look realistic and believable.
Ability to follow briefs, take direction, and apply feedback efficiently.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience building AI video pipelines that combine video, voice, avatars, and lip-sync tools.
Knowledge of deepfake technologies, motion tracking, VFX, and face-swapping workflows.
Experience with tools such as Runway, Synthesia, D-ID, Pika, Kling, Veo, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
Experience editing AI ads, UGC-style AI videos, talking-head videos, promotional videos, or founder-led AI content.
Understanding of social media video formats, hooks, captions, pacing, and ad creative structure.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is creative, technically sharp, and detail-focused. You understand that realistic AI video requires more than just pressing generate — it needs careful checking, strong editing, clean audio, accurate lip-sync, natural movement, and professional finishing.
You are comfortable testing new AI tools, improving workflows, and producing content quickly without sacrificing quality. You can take a brief, understand the desired outcome, and turn it into polished AI video content.
You are reliable, fast, organised, and able to work independently without needing to be chased.
Salary
The salary is £500 per month.
