Job Description:
DA Reality and Energy is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller Executives with 2-4 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in real estate. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining property details, and generating quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic knowledge of real estate market is an advantage
- Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools
