About the Role -
Drive market expansion for Aindri's Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants within the sugar industry. Identify project opportunities at Private sugar mills and cooperatives (S.S.K.), build stakeholder relationships, and support the full techno-commercial sales cycle from market mapping to deal closure.
Day-to-day responsibilities include -
● Develop strategies to target new market segments in the CBG space.
● Solicit new clients at sugar mills and cooperatives.
● Map S.S.K. factories and engage factory managers.
● Onboard channel partners to expand sales outreach for Aindri CBG plants.
● Create budgets and cost estimates for potential CBG plants, including feedstock data (Pressmud, Spent Wash) and BOQ preparation.
● Create proposals for clients to set up Aindri CBG plants.
● Design and conceptualise CBG plants based on client requirements.
● Prepare reports and presentations on Aindri CBG plants.
● Represent Aindri at sugar industry events.
● Develop and execute marketing strategies for the CBG division.
● Track competitor activity and support in making LinkedIn content.
● Manage CRM, inbound leads, and sales pipeline hygiene (ZOHO CRM).

- Have a relevant BE/ B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or relevant undergraduate/ graduate degree with relevant skills and interest.
