Manage city-level operations & client relationships
- Oversee fleet, rider & hub operations
- Monitor operational KPIs & team performance
- Handle logistics, routing & delivery efficiency
- Ensure smooth rider onboarding & payouts
- Maintain SOP compliance, safety & discipline
- Coordinate with clients, riders & support teams
- Drive operational growth & process improvements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of last-mile delivery experience
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Experience in logistics, fleet & supply chain operations
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
