Job Summary
Digital Sixth Sense Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions and services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, or Software Sales will be an added advantage.
