Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Languages Required: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Follow company guidelines and achieve quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
Important: Experienced candidates must have an Experience Letter from their previous company.
Salary and other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
