About 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Requirement gathering, Solution design and documentation.
Well versed in Microsoft products like Excel, Visio, Power point.
Well versed in preparing wireframes, and flowcharts.
Experience in conducting user training, user acceptance testing, handling user expectations.
Excellent Problem Analysis and Solving skills.
Knowledge of ticketing system like JIRA.
Ability to contribute towards Process and Product improvements.
Prior work experience on CRM or ERP product will be an added advantage.
