Plan daily production for CNC & VMC machines
Monitor machine utilization and achieve target output (≥95%)
Coordinate with programming, quality, and maintenance teams
Ensure proper machine setup, tooling, and cycle time control
Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime
Train and guide operators for best practices
Maintain production reports (planned vs actual)
Implement continuous improvement activities
