We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and within TAT
- Maintain proper call records and documentation
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus)
- Prior experience in voice process/customer support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
