Responsibilities
- Code Assignment: Read physician notes and assign the highest specificity of ICD-10 and CPT codes to treatments and diagnoses.
- Record Auditing: Check medical charts for errors, typos, or missing clinical information before final processing.
- Guideline Compliance: Strictly follow coding rules and regulations (like HIPAA) to maintain data privacy and legal compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in training and chart audits with senior coders to improve coding accuracy and productivity over time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
