Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect
As an Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect within Darktrace’s TechOps Centre, you will lead the design and governance of solutions across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Working with business stakeholders, delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture and platform owners, you will define scalable, secure and integrated solutions that support customer, commercial and service transformation.
You will help shape Darktrace’s Salesforce strategy and transition towards a composable, API-first and increasingly agent-enabled architecture. This includes ensuring Salesforce capabilities can be securely exposed, orchestrated and consumed across business applications, digital channels and AI-powered experiences.

Lead solution architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud initiatives.

Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integrations, data, security and business processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solution designs.

Produce architecture diagrams, solution designs and architecture decision records.

Align Salesforce solutions with target-state architecture, business strategy and platform roadmaps.

Lead Revenue Cloud architecture across product catalogue, pricing, quoting, contracting, amendments and renewals.

Design and govern API-led integration solutions that connect Salesforce with strategic business platforms, leveraging MuleSoft and reusable integration patterns to enable secure, scalable and efficient business processes and data flows.

Promote composable and headless design patterns that allow Salesforce capabilities to be reused across applications, channels and customer experiences.

Ensure solutions support reporting, analytics, automation and AI-driven capabilities.

Evaluate Salesforce capabilities, AppExchange solutions, Agentforce and emerging agentic technologies.

Define patterns that enable secure and governed agentic workflows without creating unnecessary platform dependencies.

Provide architecture options, recommendations and impact assessments.

Support architecture governance, design reviews, security reviews and solution assurance.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, architectural debt and non-functional requirements.

Support delivery teams through design, implementation, testing, deployment and transition into support.

Maintain architecture standards, reusable patterns and solution assets.

At least five years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications Architecture or a similar role.

Strong experience across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience leading solution design for complex business transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance and technology strategy.

Experience designing integrated solutions across customer, commercial and operational platforms.

Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

Strong understanding of enterprise data flows and data quality.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical architecture outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Experience producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and decision records.

Ability to balance strategic direction with pragmatic delivery.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementation experience.

Agentforce, AI or agentic platform capabilities.
