About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Operations Associate to manage daily administrative, logistical, and student support functions at our Kannur learning center. In this key operational role, you will ensure our academic activities run seamlessly, manage facility logistics, and deliver an exceptional experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Center & Administrative Operations:
- Oversee daily facility operations, administrative record-keeping, and center scheduling.
- Assist with student admissions, onboarding procedures, and document verification.
- Hostel & Facility Oversight:
- Supervise daily hostel routines, room allocations, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and disciplined residential environment for students.
- Resolve resident grievances promptly and maintain accurate occupancy/incident logs.
- Logistics & Transportation:
- Coordinate student and staff transportation schedules and route planning.
- Liaise with transport vendors to ensure timely, reliable, and safe services.
- Student Experience & Grievance Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns, ensuring quick and empathetic resolutions.
- Maintain a structured grievance tracking system in collaboration with internal teams.
- Academic Support Operations:
- Help organize class schedules, distribute course materials, and support live/online class setups.
- Keep student data updated across internal CRM and LMS platforms.
- Provide logistical support to faculty members for seamless class delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Content, and Customer Success teams to align operational goals.
- Assist in organizing examinations, assessments, and center events.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain operational metrics, including attendance logs and service quality reports.
- Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify process improvements.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in operations, administration, or center management (prior experience in EdTech or training institutes is a bonus).
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler is mandatory (requires regular travel across local facilities/branches).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam (verbal and written).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, a student-first mindset, and the ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
