Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-out)
Manage employee onboarding and induction
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Manage leave, attendance, and benefits administration
Assist in performance management processes
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Coordinate training and development programs
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience:
4 to 7 years of experience in HR of Hospitality Industry.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws in India
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn hiring tools)
Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll)
Certification in HR (optional)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
