This role will be instrumental in managing HR functions related to payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in coordination with hiring managers.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Track departmental and individual KPIs and coordinate the performance management process.
- Execute HR policies and support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Grievance Handling, KPI Tracking, and Performance Management.
- Strong execution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, compliance, and HRMS tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
