Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and verify event-related Proof of Event (POE) documents and activity claims.
· Coordinate with Client for claim process and approvals.
· Coordinate with business team, accounts, and internal teams for smooth operations.
· Handle new client onboarding, documentation, and system setup.
· Liaise with the legal team for contracts and compliance requirements.
· Maintain records, trackers, reports, and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, back-office, or event management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
· Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
· Knowledge of POE documentation and claims management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
