Job Title: Surveillance Officer (FMCG – Food Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across manufacturing units, warehouses, and office premises.
- Ensure round-the-clock security monitoring to prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, safety violations, or security breaches immediately.
- Maintain surveillance logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
- Coordinate with security guards and management during emergencies or incidents.
- Conduct periodic checks of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in internal investigations related to product loss, misconduct, or policy violations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, food safety norms, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor loading/unloading areas to prevent material or stock discrepancies.
- Support audit processes by providing surveillance footage and reports when required.
- Ensure restricted areas (production zones, storage areas) are accessed only by authorized personnel.
- Track employee movement in sensitive areas to maintain discipline and safety.
- Report any non-compliance with hygiene and food safety practices observed via surveillance.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Awareness of safety and security protocols
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in surveillance/security (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred)
